DRIVE contains a series of workflow management tools designed to help firms control and monitor job plans, schedules, deadlines and overall productivity.
Initially users can define their job plans using a drag and drop facility on the job planner view. This allows a top level view of resources across the year. If a deadline is set on a workplan but the user drags a plan beyond the deadline date, a series of warnings and colour coded alerts are shown.
Reduce the number of spreadsheets being used by setting up all work plans in the DRIVE Job Planner. The planner allows you to assign clients, staff and job plans in a calendar format to plan the years activity across the firms resources. Each partner and manager can see all of the jobs coming up and who has been allocated or who remain to be allocated on a yearly basis.
Job Plans
Job plans can be setup at a simple or detailed level. A basic assignment of client, job and staff can be done which allows you to see the jobs over the entire year but will not go into great detail. Comprehensive job plans can be created to control the stages of a job with checklists and linked communications and detailed notes.
