1. Hardware Services:

As part of the service for a new client, Relate Software will provide an analysis of your hardware requirements.

Relate will examine your existing hardware which will assist us in determining your future hardware requirements. We will then advise accordingly as to what you need in order to facilitate the Relate Software System.

Our technical experts will be on hand at all times. This is a free service that we provide, usually liaising with your IT department.

2. Vodafone Product Offers:

As a Vodafone Reseller, Relate can offer you advice on a range of Vodafone business products. We will put you in touch with Vodafone Sales representatives that can go through in detail with you, the range of products available to meet your needs.

Vodafone Unlimited Data:
This offer from Vodafone makes it possible for customers to have unlimited mobile access to e-mail and the internet, anytime, for a fixed monthly price of €49 a month.

Vodafone Connect Cards:
These are mobile cards you use with your laptop, where you can have unlimited e-mail usage when you are out of the office. Vodafone are offering a flat rate usage price of €49 a month.

These 3G enabled connect cards let you access e-mails and browse the internet at an extremely fast speed. You save money and time, going from meeting to meeting, as you can look at your e-mails while you travel and while you wait.

Smart Phones:
Vodafone’s range of smart phones offer an easy way to keep in touch and on top of your emails - from anywhere, in real-time. As well as full voice and text services, each smart phone has lots of other useful functions such as a web browser, calendar and contact list.

Blackberry:
This is a handheld, mobile device from Vodafone that allows you can access e-mails, diary appointments and the internet. You can sync this device with your existing software systems (including with DRIVE). There is also 99% coverage in Ireland with a Blackberry.
