Meet the team: Paul Russell, Support Agent.

We would like to welcome Paul Russell, our new Support Agent.

Paul has an extensive customer service background in high volume call centres. He was with Virgin media as a Tier 2 technical support agent. Before that he worked with HCL supporting EIR customers.

Paul has achieved an excellent CSAT (customer satisfaction rating) in his last two roles and hopes to continue this customer success here at Relate Software.
